Nutrition Tip of the Month: A nutrient-boosted almond or oat milk cider latte is the perfect holiday beverage. Warm Cider or Latte with fresh cinnamon and cloves, then blend in a splash of unsweetened almond or oat milk for creaminess without the extra sugar. You’ll still get that classic holiday spice, plus added fiber, healthy fats, and a smoother sip that keeps you in the holiday spirit. Enjoy the season’s flavors!
